Introducing Macguard, the permanent, free standing guard rail system.
The JMAC Safety Sytems Macguard product has been designed for use in the construction and scaffolding industry. The flat base, minimal trip hazard system is fully manufactured in the UK. Like we do with all of our products, we’ve researched and tested our Macguard to ensure we’re offering the best specification on the market.
Tested to allow upright spacing at 2.47m and up to 3m centres, it comes with pre-cut size tubes/ledgers, which makes the system modular. There is no need to set out the bases prior to installation, as the pre-cut tube designates where your next base is to be situated.
Macguard is sleeveless, saving customers money in labour costs which is unlike other systems on the market. It comes complete with end caps and rubber mats already applied to the system, which also helps reduce labour costs. Macguard can be supplied with company branded logo end caps, so that your firm’s brand is visible after installation.
Specification
On return of off-hired materials, a yard count of all segregated materials off-hired is conducted at JMAC branch, where losses and damages are identified and photos are taken. An off-hire confirmation will be produced and the customer has customer has 7 days to come and inspect the materials if in dispute.
Any damages will be charged at the rate of the individual component unit purchase price.
Any cancellations must be made more than 24 hours before delivery or they will incur the full delivery charges.
If customers already have an account, a quotation will be sent for approval. Once this has been accepted as an order, we will then send an order acknowledgment and will need a purchase order or a signed copy of our quotation, and a JMAC representative will contact you to confirm your delivery requirements.
For new customers, we will perform internal credit checks. For poor credit scores, we will require personal guarantees, cross-company guarantees and a proforma payment. We do have limits on stock allocation for new customers. New customers will be required to compete a credit application form which includes trade references to be signed and authorised by an official representative named at Companies House. Once a customer account has been setup, a credit limit will be set and customers will be asked to pay in advance via proforma invoice.
