JMAC Safety Systems has always had a close working relationship with Persimmon Homes. This morning we visited the Meadowbrook Ingleby Barwick site to check on the 25 live plots that we currently have installed.
In order to keep the site constantly moving forward, the site manager at Persimmon Homes has prioritised their new home build programme to ensure that they have dynamic scheduling based on job type, weather, and other influencing factors. This dynamic scheduling allows a clean flow of work, moving from bricklayer to joiner in a fast and efficient manner. This is especially important when sites can be disrupted by poor weather conditions.
Our safety decking has allowed Persimmon Homes to provide fall prevention resources to their teams that exceed working at height regulations and enable 30 men to continue working during this cold period.
We currently have 25 live plots installed on the Persimmon Homes Meadowbrook site.
