An innovative brick guard designed specifically for the construction and scaffolding industry. We’ve researched, trialled and tested our brickguard to ensure we’re offering the best on the market.
Compatibility
The MAC Universal Brickguard is compatible with all popular system scaffolds. This incudes; Layher, Plettac & Peri Ring System Scaffolds, Haki and Cuplock system scaffolds, and tube and fit scaffolding.
Unique Design
The MAC Universal Brickguard can be manufactured in any colour or with a clients logo and branding.
Innovative
Comparatively, the MAC Universal Brickguard is the only brick guard product to bypass the rosette on the ring system scaffold. It also fits securely over the obstacles created when the brick guard is fitted to Haki Scaffolding.
Stability and Security
The unique design of the brick guard handle provides a robust, durable and secure connection to the handrail. You can use it on any handrail with a diameter between 30mm (Haki, Plettac, advanced guardrail), 48mm (conventional tubular guardrail), and Peri 60mm rectangular ledgers.
Resilience
Our brick guard product provides extra stability in harsh conditions and unrivalled performance in strong winds. This is achieved by the unique design of the handle, coupled with the design of the increased length of the two toe board connectors, increasing the overlapping fit. (This includes System Scaffold at 150mm & Timber Scaffold at 225mm)
Logistics
We can stack up to 150 brick guards high on a 1m x 1m pallet space whilst still maintaining a safe load. This is a 50% improvement on competitor products during transportation, which can save you on logistic costs and load area.
Reduction In Costs
Make a 20% saving on materials due to the ability to bypass the rosette on scaffolding standards. Comparatively, alternative brick guards on the market cannot and 3 brick guards would normally be required per bay.
When used over a 100m run of independent scaffolding using 2.5m bays with ring system scaffold, you would require:
